Cancelation Policy

Changes to any appointment. Must be made 4 hours prior to the appointment time. In order to secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required to be on file. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours notice or no-showed, the card on file will be charged a fee of 100% of service booked. Any appointments 8 minutes late without notice will be cancelled and considered no-show. The 100% fee will be applied to the card on file. I do understand that emergencies can happen. Please respect my time as I respect yours. Thank you.
